OUR STORY
Chef Owner — Thantiga Limninart
Thantiga Limninart began her culinary career at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas in 2014, building a strong foundation in high-volume luxury hospitality. She went on to spend more than six years at Wynn and Encore in multiple leadership roles, including Pastry Chef for the fine-dining restaurants, Chocolatier overseeing chocolate production and showpieces across Wynn properties (including support for Encore Boston Harbor), and Overnight Pastry Chef leading resort-wide viennoiserie and pastry production.
In 2021, Thantiga joined the opening team at Resorts World Las Vegas, then refined her craft in the south of France, working for a year at a one-Michelin-star restaurant and hotel under MOF Chef Patrice Ibarboure. After returning to the U.S., she worked as a pastry chef at Mizumi (Wynn Las Vegas) and later served as Assistant Executive Pastry Chef on the opening team at Fontainebleau Las Vegas.
Her path to Nittaya’s Secret Kitchen began unexpectedly and joined the team as a server. What started as a serendipitous connection blossomed into something sweeter: Thantiga’s deep love of pastries—rooted in her classical training and endless creativity—perfectly complemented Chef Nittaya’s passion for gelato and its refreshing, artisanal elegance. Together, their shared vision for indulgent, joyful desserts inspired the creation of a sister property to Nittaya’s Secret Kitchen. What began as an extension of their culinary partnership has now evolved into Sweetitude Pâtisserie, a dedicated space celebrating precision pastries, decadent chocolates, and innovative frozen treats.
Specializing in viennoiserie, chocolate, and petit gâteaux, Thantiga blends classical French technique with Asian-inspired flavors and seasonal ingredients. Together, these experiences—elite training, Strip-level execution, and hands-on hospitality—set the foundation for her next chapter: opening Sweetitude Pâtisserie, where she brings precision, warmth, and creativity to every dessert.
